ANTWERP 10 MILES
Update
The time is almost here! Hopefully you are ready for the 10 Miles or Short Run after some, whether or not, intensive training.
Here you can find more information about the day.
Startwaves 10 Miles
- Students will start in wave 5 at 14h45
- Staff members will start in wave 4 at 14h20
- Fast runners will start in wave 1. They will be contacted for this separately. If you haven’t received further information, you will start in wave 4 or 5.
Pick up start numbers + t-shirt
- Friday, April 19 from 9h till 17h: UAntwerpen Campus Middelheim, building B, Sportcommissariaat (above Basic-Fit)
- Saturday, April 20 from 10h till 14h: UAntwerpen Campus Middelheim, building B, Sportcommissariaat (above Basic-Fit)
- Sunday, April 21 from 10h: at the Sportsticker tent at VINCI Energies Company Village
Please, be aware it will be very busy on Sunday at our Sportsticker tent at the Company Village. Try to pick up your sticker and t-shirt on Friday or Saturday.
Extra’s
- Be sure to bring the QR code you received in your confirmation e-mail. You will need this to register yourself and to receive your sticker and t-shirt.
- Don’t forget your student or staff card! Otherwise it will not be possible to pick up your starter pack.
- The t-shirt of the event itself (not the one of your educational institution) can be picked up on the day of the event (F. Van Eedenplein).
- You can find us at the VINCI Energies business village in tent 305, C+D. You’re able to leave your backpack here.

- 11.30 a.m.: Baloise Antwerp Short Run 6,8K
- From 1.05 p.m.: Baloise Antwerp 10 Miles:
- Wave 1: 1.05 p.m. (fast runners*)
- Wave 2: 1.30 p.m.
- Wave 3: 1.55 p.m.
- Wave 4: 2.20 p.m.
- Wave 5: 2.45 p.m. (students who register through Sportsticker, will start in wave 5**)
*Students aiming for a time of around 60 minutes or faster
gain access to the starting box
**The wave for staff members will be announced one week before the event
Sportsticker has its own booth where you can pick up your number or are able to leave your backpack without any problems.
Would you like to pick up your running bib in advance? This is possible on Friday the 19th and Saturday 20th of April at the Commissariaat voor de Sport – Middelheimlaan 1, 2020 Antwerpen
