The emphasis is on deep breathing and releasing tension in the body, contributing to a sense of inner balance and well-being.

YOGA & MEDITATION

In a Yoga & meditation class, you can fully relax while training both your body and mind. This class combines fluid yoga postures with breathing techniques and meditative exercises to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and improve mental focus. The class is suitable for all levels and helps you achieve balance, both physically and mentally. Afterwards, you’ll feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Only for participants with a Sportsticker+! Bring your own yoga mat, there will be no material on campus.

The focus is on creating balance, both physically and mentally, as you move in a meditative state.
