HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training, an effective workout that alternates short periods of intense exercises with short rest periods. During this training, you work on improving your fitness, strength, and explosiveness. HIIT is suitable for all fitness levels because you can adjust the intensity to match your own capabilities.
