Recreational basketball training, led by an experienced and enthusiastic coach. The training always consists of a warm-up and a training session, ending with free shooting/games/cooling down. Everyone – regardless of level or experience – is welcome.

Every Monday from 9 PM – 11 PM
- 9 PM – 9.30 PM: Warming up
- 9.30 PM – 10.30 PM: Training
- 10.30 PM – 11 PM: Free shooting/Games/Cooling down
TRAINING DAYS
- 1st semester: 30/9/2024 until 20/12/2024
- 2nd semester: 10/2/2025 until 16/5/2025

COMPETITIONS
ANTWERP STUDENTS LEAGUE
The Antwerp Students League Basketball includes a men’s and women’s league. Both student clubs and friend teams can register. This exciting league starts in the second semester.
(INTER)NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Do you want to participate in (inter)national students championships? Make sure you are part of the team and subscibe here. Become a champion, together with your college university, University or the Antwerp All Stars Team!
Depending on the interest, test trainings / competitions will be played in the first semester.
